You should steer clear from any juice that has synthetic sweeteners and processed sugar in them.

There are some finer aspects that are a part of fasting, and if you are interested you should do more research on it. There are certain things you genuinely should do before starting out on any kind of fast. Essentially, you really want to ease yourself into it and also out of the fast. This primarily has to do with taking it easy on your body so you prevent any major upsets.
